What we do

An earnings and tax dashboard across every platform. It imports earnings from each app, tracks mileage automatically and separates business from personal, applies real vehicle cost per mile using the driver's own fuel and maintenance data, and reports true net earnings per hour by platform, by time of day, by day of week and by zone. It sets aside the correct tax provision automatically and produces a complete, deduction-maximised summary at year end. It tells the driver which hours and which platform actually pay, which is a decision worth thousands a year.

The problem

Gig platforms report gross earnings, which is a misleading number.

After fuel, vehicle depreciation, maintenance, insurance, tolls, unpaid waiting time and self-employment tax, the real hourly rate is often less than half the headline.

Drivers therefore work the wrong hours, accept the wrong jobs, and are surprised by a tax bill they never set aside for.
